The Administrative Judicial Institute is pleased to invite you and your fellow administrative law judges and hearing officers to attend a three-hour CLE program entitled Judicial Writing for Administrative Law Judges presented by the Hon. Gerald Lebovits, a New York City Civil Court Judge and new member of the Institute faculty. Judge Lebovits, who has presented at the Institute in the past and who is a renowned lecturer and author on the subject of judicial writing, will review the elements, skills and techniques that administrative law judges may use to create clear, concise, understandable and persuasive written decisions.

The program will be held on Tuesday evening, October 9, 2012, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

The program will be held at the Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) in Courtroom E on the 6th floor and will provide 3.0 CLE credits.
